CARNIVAL GOLF AND GAMES Competition

  • This competition will run from Tuesday 18th August – Monday 24th August.
  • The closing date for entries will be 11.59pm on Monday 24th August. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Merry Hill, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
  • To enter, entrants must follow the official Merry Hill and Carnival Golf and Games Merry Hill Instagram page, like the relevant competition post and comment who they will be sharing the prize with. Should any of these steps not be followed, the entry will be invalid.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The grand prize consists of a Golf and Games (1 Course and £5 arcade card) package and Breakout Escape Room of choice at Carnival Golf and Games Merry Hill.
  • The winner will be selected from all valid entries, and will be notified by direct message from the official Merry Hill Instagram page before 5pm on Tuesday 25th August, and will have until 12pm on Thursday 26th August to reply.
  • If no attempt is made to respond, Merry Hill will select another winner from the competition entrants before 5pm that day. The next placed winner will have until 12pm on Saturday 28th August to get in touch. If the second winner does not get in touch, the prize will no longer be valid and no other winner will be selected.
  • Upon winning the competition, details will be sent on how to redeem the prize. Please note, prize can only be redeemed at Carnival Golf and Games Merry Hill.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • The promoter is Merry Hill whose registered office is at Merry Hill Centre, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 1QX.
