Gandeys Competition Terms & Conditions

  • The competition will run from Wednesday 1st October – Tuesday 7th October 2025.
  • The closing date for entries will be 11.59pm on Tuesday 7th October 2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Merry Hill, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
  • To enter, entrants must follow the official Merry Hill and Gandeys accounts on Facebook or Instagram, depending on which platform the entrant is using.
  • Tagging friends’ accounts in the comments will only count if the above entry requirements have been met.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Multiple entries are permitted.
  • The competitions on Facebook and Instagram are separate; entries to both are allowed, however cannot both be won by the same entrant.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The prize consists of 2x family ticket (4 people) for Gandeys Spooktacular, including 2x popcorn, 2x candyfloss and 4x drinks per winner, between Friday 17th October – Sunday 2nd November 2025.
  • The winners will be selected at random from all entries, and will be notified via direct message from the official Merry Hill Instagram page before 5pm on Wednesday 8th October, and will have until 12pm on Friday 10th October to reply.
  • If no attempt is made to respond, Merry Hill will select another winner(s) from the competition entrants before 5pm that day. The next-placed winner(s) will have until 12pm on Sunday 12th October to get in touch. If the second winner(s) do not get in touch then the prize will no longer be valid and no other winner will be selected.
  • The winners must email tilly@gandey.com to arrange their tickets. This must be done by Tuesday 14th October or the prize will be void.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any seat upgrades or additional tickets must be paid for by the winner.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • The promoter is Merry Hill whose registered office is at Merry Hill Centre, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 1QX
