Goo HQ Survey Terms and Conditions

• This survey will run from Monday 16th – Sunday 22nd February 2026.
• The closing date for entries will be 11.59pm on Sunday 22nd February. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• The winner will be notified via email (merryhill.marketing@mymerryhill.co.uk) or phone (01384 487960) before 5pm on Monday 23rd February, and will have until 12pm on Wednesday 25th February to reply. If no attempt is made to respond, Merry Hill will select another winner from the competition entrants before 5pm that day. The next-placed winner will have until 12pm on Friday 27th February to get in touch. If the second winner does not get in touch then the prize will no longer be valid and no other winner will be selected.
• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Merry Hill, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
• The grand prize consists of a £50 Merry Hill gift card.
• Merry Hill will choose at random one winner from all valid survey entries; the judge’s decision is final.
• The winner must collect their prize in person from the Merry Hill Customer Service Desk. Postage of the prize is not possible.
• To enter, entrants must fully complete the relevant survey.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The promoter is Merry Hill whose registered office is at Merry Hill Centre, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 1QX.
