22 August 2025

Feeling hungry? Well you’re in luck, as Burger & Sauce is now open at Merry Hill!

Promising the freshest fast food cooked to order, expect a menu filled with all the favourites, including delicious chicken, beef and veggie burgers, wings, loaded fries and signature sauces.

Their new restaurant marks a milestone for Burger & Sauce as they celebrate their 20th store, and they made their mark in a busy launch weekend at our centre.

Burger & Sauce joins fellow food and drink operators Heavenly Desserts and Toledo Lounge, who also opened this year, rounding off our exciting Leisure Quarter!

Adeel Nawaz, CEO at Burger & Sauce, said: “Our opening at Merry Hill is a real milestone for Burger & Sauce, bringing our delicious homemade burgers to a new audience in a dynamic location that’s part of our home. The centre’s high footfall and lively atmosphere makes it the perfect fit for our next venture, and we look forward to welcoming visitors into our restaurant to try the delicious menu for which we are so known.”
