EE opens new experience store in Merry Hill! 22 August 2025

The wait is over… EE has opened its new experience store in Merry Hill!

This incredible new space, double the size of its former store, gives shoppers the opportunity to test out the latest devices, games and connected tech in various ‘Experience Zones’.

This includes their Welcome Zone, where you can discover he newest tech releases, product launches and in-store offers and the Gaming Zone, with all the best consoles and games, plus expert guidance from EE Guides.

Then, you can relax in Basecamp, a community hub for advice, tech solutions, and a complimentary cup of coffee, or head to Tech Live to test devices and receive personalised recommendations.

You can also find the Tech Home area, with innovative home set-ups including smart TVs, lighting and EE’s fast broadband.

Asif Aziz, Retail Director at EE commented: “Our mission for our Experience stores is to create immersive and welcoming spaces where shoppers can explore, play and feel connected with technology, all with the expert support of our EE Guides.“

He also introduced their new Internet Matters service, saying: “As the new school year approaches, we know millions of families across the UK will be having conversations around device use, which is why we are also rolling out in-store online safety appointments across over 400 stores throughout the country, including Merry Hill.

“I would encourage anyone, whether they’re looking for help managing their child’s device use, or keen to make the most of their own connected tech, to drop by and speak to our excellent team.”
