Centre information

Merry Hill is open as usual and we look forward to welcoming you.

Jonathan Poole, centre manager at Merry Hill, said: “To help everyone stay safe, from Tuesday 30th November 2021, in line with the latest government guidance, all visitors and those working at Merry Hill will be required to wear a face covering in shops, within the malls and when visiting indoor attractions, unless exempt.

We’re looking forward to welcoming visitors and we’re working hard to keep Merry Hill safe for everyone.”

Entrances

The following entrances are open at Merry Hill:

  • Bus station (near ASDA)
  • Eat Central (access via lifts only)
  • Primark entrance (by Odeon multi-storey car park)
  • Entrance near Purple multi-storey car park
  • Orange car park (by M&S and Argos)
  • Next entrance (by Orange car park)
  • Green car park (ground floor by Wetherspoons)
  • Access bridge from Green multi-storey car park (linking to TK Maxx & Bon Pan Asian restaurant)

Parking

  • Blue (lower retail park)
  • Grey (The Waterfront)
  • Green multi-storey car park (by Primark) *closed due to maintenance
  • Orange (near Argos and M&S)
  • Purple (near Next). Middle and upper levels of the multi-storey car park near Next are open
  • Red (upper retail park)
  • Yellow (by ODEON cinema)
