Merry Hill’s new M&S Foodhall is officially open! 8 August 2025

Here it is – the new bigger and better M&S Foodhall has opened its doors at Merry Hill!

After undergoing a huge transformation, customers can shop from huge selection of weekly shop essentials as well as unique and trending treats!

Highlights from their new store include the huge in-store bakery and coffee counter, serving a wide range of pastries, breads, barista-made coffee and iced drinks to enjoy whilst browsing the store, as well as the iconic cheese and deli counter, perfect for summer picky bits.

Alongside this is their everyday staples, including the Remarksable value range, and the expanded, family-friendly Bigger Pack Better Value choices.

This is just the first stage in their full store transformation in Merry Hill, which will bring all of womenswear, menswear, kidswear and homeware into one vibrant location, alongside a new M&S Cafe located just outside. This is set to be revealed in October, in line with the store’s 35th anniversary!

“This is just stage one of our transformation but I know customers will absolutely love the changes – we have so many more products, so much more space and so many more exciting changes planned for our full launch in October.”
