Merry Hill is set to unveil a new and improved H&M store later this year – aimed at providing a better customer experience for shoppers. The transformation sees the fashion retailer commit to the future of Merry Hill, with a refreshed store design, stocked with a range of womenswear, menswear and children’s clothing.
Ahead of its refurbishment, H&M has temporarily relocated to a two storey pop-up store which shoppers will find on the upper and lower malls, opposite Boots. Open now, the pop-up store allows visitors to continue shopping their favourite styles during the improvements to the permanent store. On 18th April the current H&M store temporarily closed until late Autumn to allow the refurbishment. The pop-up store has opened on the 25th April and will remain open throughout.
The new store is expected to open during late Autumn, and H&M members in the area are expected to benefit from new offers when the new store opens.
Toni Gali, Country Manager at H&M said: “Our aim is to offer our customers a modern and meaningful shopping experience were style, creativity and culture are celebrated, and we are confident that our Merry Hill store will offer exactly this!”
Jonathan Poole, Centre Manager at Merry Hill said: “We are always looking at new ways to improve the shopper experience at Merry Hill. We’re delighted that H&M are investing in their already very popular store at the centre, which will provide a new and improved offer for visitors.
“We know H&M is a really important store for our customers, so we’re making the move to the temporary home in a two storey, pop-up store as smooth as possible with minimal disruption to customers. It’s exciting to see our strong fashion offering, with more than 200 brands under one roof, continuing to evolve for the future.”
