Suit Direct Competition Terms & Conditions

  • The competition will run from Thursday 16th April – Thursday 23rd April 2026.
  • The closing date for entries will be 11.59pm on Thursday 23rd April. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Merry Hill, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
  • To enter, entrants must follow the official Merry Hill and Suit Direct Instagram pages, like the relevant competition post and tag a separate account in the comments. Should any steps not be completed, the entry will not count.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The prize consists of £300 spend at Suit Direct Merry Hill ONLY (cannot be redeemed online or in different Suit Direct stores).
  • The winner will be selected at random from all entries, and will be notified via direct message from the official Merry Hill Instagram page before 5pm on Friday 24th April, and will have until 12pm on Monday 27th April to reply.
  • If no attempt is made to respond, Merry Hill will select another winner from the competition entrants before 5pm that day. The next-placed winner will have until 12pm on Wednesday 29th April to get in touch. If the second winner does not get in touch then the prize will no longer be valid and no other winner will be selected.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered.
  • Prize excludes Marc Darcy / concessions. Not valid on sale or promotional product. Cannot be exchanged or returned. Any excess value must be paid for in-store.
  • Spend in-store must be claimed via an appointment booked instore with the store team.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
