XF Gym Competition Terms & Conditions

  • The competition will run from Tuesday 5th November – Monday 11th November 2024.
  • The closing date for entries will be 11.59pm on Monday 11th November. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Merry Hill, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
  • To enter, entrants must follow the official Merry Hill and XF Gym Instagram pages, and like the relevant competition post.
  • Tagging friends’ accounts in the comments indicates this will be who the prize is shared with, but will only count if the above competition entry requirements are met.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Multiple entries are permitted.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The prize consists of 2 premium memberships at XF Gym Merry Hill, for 12 months.
  • The winner will be selected at random from all entries, and will be notified via direct message from the official Merry Hill Instagram page before 5pm on Tuesday 12th November, and will have until 12pm on Thursday 14th November to reply.
  • If no attempt is made to respond, Merry Hill will select another winner from the competition entrants before 5pm that day. The next-placed winner will have until 12pm on Saturday 16th November to get in touch. If the second winner does not get in touch then the prize will no longer be valid and no other winner will be selected.
  • The winner must collect their prize in person from XF Gym Merry Hill. Postage of the prize is not possible.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any membership upgrades must be paid for by the winner.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • The promoter is Merry Hill whose registered office is at Merry Hill Centre, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 1QX
