Centre Notice:
To allow the continued future development of Merry Hill the lower mall centre entrance between P2 car park and Harvey Norman is closed. The nearest entrance is a short walk away via the pedestrian walkway in P2 car park, where lift access is also available.
All retailers, including Harvey Norman will continue to be open for business as usual. The Black Country Skills Shop will be accessible for appointments only through the internal mall entrance.
NHS Blood Unit is now located on the Upper Mall, near Next.
Merry Hill is located on the A4036 around three miles south-west of Dudley town centre and is about 10 miles west of Birmingham city centre, with several conveniently situated transport links and parking for almost 10,000 vehicles.

Getting here by bus
We have buses from across the region with almost 100 local and regional bus services to our bus station, which is located on the lower retail park.
So whether you live in Dudley, Birmingham, West Bromwich, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Kingswinford or Wolverhampton – getting to Merry Hill via bus couldn’t be easier.

Getting here by bike
Dudley has a great network of dedicated cycle lanes and quiet routes, including the NCN54 cycle route which run past the centre alongside the Dudley No.1 Canal.
Dudley Council have produced cycle route maps of the local area which you can download to help plan your route. Bicycles are not permitted within the centre, but we have plenty of bike racks for you to lock your bike up and keep it safe. All our racks are covered by CCTV.
