Wicked Competition Terms & Conditions

  • This competition will run from Monday 17th November – Thursday 20th November.
  • The closing date for entries will be 11.59pm on Thursday 20th November. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Merry Hill, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
  • To enter, entrants must follow the official Merry Hill Facebook page, like the relevant competition post and comment with who they will be sharing the prize with.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The grand prize consists of 4 tickets to see Wicked: For Good at Odeon Dudley, with popcorn and drinks for each guest, 4 bowling passes for one game of bowling at Hollywood Bowl Merry Hill, and £100 gift card to spend at ASK Italian Merry Hill.
  • The winner will be selected from all valid entries, and will be notified by direct message from the official Merry Hill Facebook page before 5pm on Friday 21st November, and will have until 12pm on Monday 24th November to reply.
  • If no attempt is made to respond, Merry Hill will select another winner from the competition entrants before 5pm that day. The next placed winner will have until 12pm on Wednesday 26th November to get in touch. If the second winner does not get in touch, the prize will no longer be valid and no other winner will be selected.
  • Upon winning the competition, details will be sent on how to redeem the prize. Please note, all elements can only be redeemed at the respective Merry Hill locations.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • The promoter is Merry Hill whose registered office is at Merry Hill Centre, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 1QX.
